About Us

Planno is a complete operations and management infrastructure for live events. Combining hands-on field experience with proprietary technology, we handle ticketing, entrance flow, access control, and full operational management. Our goal is to ensure every event operates with total control, speed, and professionalism - from the first booking to the final scan at the gate.

Our Story

Planno started from the ground up – through ticketing, access control, and event operations across concerts, theaters, and festivals.

Over time, we kept noticing the same pattern: fragmented data, slow decisions, and tools that failed to connect with one another.

Instead of adapting to this friction, we built our own solutions. Today, Planno combines field services with proprietary technology (FlowGate, Timeroom, Seira) that optimizes sales, time, and crowd flow.
